This system welds the ends on reactor control rods. Automated Process Monitoring and Data Collection are used to assure quality and traceability. All process parameters are contained in parameter recipes and selected by product code.

The system employs two stations. A touchscreen Operator Interface and a PC provide for all data monitoring and acquisition. A PLC performs all machine related functions.
