We have supplied many systems for coating various types and sizes of rods. Our systems are extremely safe (even when hazardous liquids are involved), easy to operate and maintain and extremely reliable and accurate.

Here, a Class 1, Division 1 spraybooth is shown on the left. It is equipped with an automatic feed hopper and an output drying conveyor. The rods are either deposited on an output conveyor or dropped into a tote (neither is shown) after they are dry.

All devices in the hazardous are are either explosion proof or intrinsically safe. The control panel on the right allows operator entry of all process data by product code selection. A message display alerts the operator to all necessary operations and conditions (e.g. hopper low), as well as providing status and diagnostic messages.
