This system is basically a four axis positioning system which can be outfitted with various types of end of arm tooling suitable for many applications. It is capable of a positioning accuracy/ repeatability of +/-0.010 inch and weights up to 200 pounds. We have supplied different versions for palletizing and de-palletizing.

The system is capable of controlling input and output conveyors as well as associated upstream and downstream devices.

For example we have supplied systems with through conveyors which act as surge buffers. When an upstream device is in operation, product passes through, but when the upstream device is down, the system de-palletizes onto the conveyor to provide a consistant supply to the line.

With the proper end of arm tooling, this system can also perform virtually any positioning function such as welding, glue or paint application and label application.
